Services We Offer:

  • Tax Preparation - for individual rates see table below. The Average cost of a Corporate return is $350 but this amount will vary according to the Form (1120, 1120s, 990 etc) and the complexity of the return.
  • Business Incorporation - Small Corporation (Sub S) Cost $500.00 plus State Filing Fees. Benefits of Being Incorporated: Liability Limitation and Savings on Self-Employment Tax.
  • Accounting, Payroll and Payroll Reporting - $50 per hour.
  • Accounting software setup - $80 per hour.
  • Budget Analysis and Business Planning - $80.00 per hour

Discounts:

Active Duty Military 20%, Full-time Student 20%, No Appointment 20%, Completed Organizer 15%, Continuing Client 10%. Only one Discount Applicable per return.

Cash or Check Discount (received with signed e-file forms) 5%
